19 Normandin, building lot

Access to lake of Two Mountains

Call me when you are looking at the photos so I can explain what you see...

just like if we were visiting the property in normal times.

Hello,

Access to sandy bottomed western portion of the lake of Two-Mountains!

Municipal water

Stone wall facing the street. Landscaped with grass and mature trees

Three minutes from exit 17 of highway 40 and close to services

The only thing missing is your new house!

Small cottage to demolish

HOW TO GET THERE:

From Montreal take highway 40 west.

Four miles after the ile aux Tourtes bridge going over lake of Two Mountains is the Toronto / Ottawa split

Go right to Ottawa on the 40 west

Exit 17 turn right (north) on to Montée Lavigne / Route 201

500 ft is a red flasher at a 4 way intersection. Do a really good stop, they come fast !

Straight at the red flasher (it's really offset by 30 ft to the left ) (still north)

Straight through the fields (always north) to the stop (1 mile)

At the stop (Main Road) turn left (west)

1/4 mile on the right, you'll see a small stone wall that fronts your land

The entrance to Normandin street is right there between the two stone columns
